Toronto, CANADA – A new series of 4 online advanced business valuation (BV) courses are now available through the International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV). Professional business valuers seeking to enhance their technical knowledge and deliver high quality services to their clients can now build their skills in four key areas:
- International Cost of Capital – iiBV 210;
- Valuing Early Stage Companies – iiBV 211;
- Valuing Minority Interests – iiBV 212; and,
- Valuing Intangible Assets – iiBV 213
These courses are based on the globally-recognized iiBV courses that have been delivered in- class since 2011 and are continuously updated by a committee of expert business valuers with substantial professional and educational experience. The new online courses cover advanced BV concepts through an easy-to-use, online, modular platform. Each user can move at their own pace through the approximately 100 minutes of video modules, supported by presentation slides and a manual, with quiz questions throughout to test their knowledge. The courses are delivered by BV Resources (BVR) who provide a excellent customer experience.
“Our international business valuation courses have been well received in the global market and, up until now, we were only able to deliver these courses in the classroom,” says Michael Badham, Executive Director of the iiBV, “Having redeveloped our courses in an online format, allows a BV professional, who is normally on the road, working with clients, access to the BV education in a modular format that works well on all devices. There is nothing like this in the market.”
Jared Waters, Director of Training at BVR also says that, “BVR is excited to partner with iiBV on such a quality course series. Anyone looking to raise their valuation knowledge can now get expert led instruction from anywhere in the world on their schedule.”
Users can register for each individual course at $299 USD or purchase a four-course bundle at $999 USD and save.
Business valuers completing these courses should expect to gain a thorough understanding of the various business valuation concepts and models, as well as earn a Certificate of Knowledge to add their professional accolades.
Registration is now open for all four courses through: https://iibv.org/online-continuing- education/
In the near future the iiBV will be launching a 5th online course, titled, A Valuers Guide to the Black Scholes Option Model.
