Toronto, CANADA – The International Institute of Business Valuers (iiBV) announces the launch of a new online advanced business valuation (BV) course: “A Valuers Guide to the Black Scholes Option Model”. In an increasingly complex global world of business valuation, Black Scholes is becoming relevant as a method to support and justify valuation conclusions, yet few professional understand its uses and limitations. This course will answer all your questions and prepare you to effectively use the Black Scholes Model in your business valuation practice.

A Valuers Guide to Black Scholes Option Model is the latest in a series of 100-minute online courses provided by the iiBV, designed for professional business valuers seeking to enhance their technical knowledge and deliver high quality services to their clients. Each user can move through the video modules, supported by presentation slides and a manual, at their own pace. The courses also include quiz questions throughout to test viewers’ knowledge.
