Valuation-20 Africa: AI, Standards, and the Power of Community

Ray Moran and Kalvern Kapfidze, a student at the University of Cape Town,  sat down for a conversation about Valuation - 20 Africa that moved far beyond valuation formulas.

They spoke about:
- AI is transforming valuation, but human judgment is irreplaceable
- Valuation standards are critical infrastructure
- The impact of community, guidance, and shared experience ... etc.

Their exchange offers clear lessons for valuers at any stage of their career.

The kind of insight that helps you grow your practice and your mindset at the same time.
