The 2026 Annual Conference is set for Oct. 13-16 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Conference registration will open in the spring, and in mid-December, IAAO will begin accepting submissions for session program topics.

A reminder, for the 2026 Conference, U.S. citizens will need a passport to enter Canada.

The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform for sharing successes, discovering best practices, and learning from expert colleagues about the latest research in property appraisal and valuation. Nearly 1,700 people attended the 2025 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Each year, educational sessions, networking opportunities, events, and a varied exposition are offered to attendees to provide assessment professionals with the tools they need to succeed.
